Paul has been a partner at Signaturelex since 2023. He is a lawyer specializing in Tax, Banking, Financial, and Corporate Law.

He completed his undergraduate degree with “Cum Laude” distinction at the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, earning his degree in Law and Political Science.

In 2021, he completed a Master’s (LL.M.) in International and European Tax Law at Maastricht University in the Netherlands.

In his professional practice, he has worked at firms such as “Signature Regional Law Firm,” “Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega” in Panama, and “TS&P” in Luxembourg, as well as a financial analyst and financial forecaster at “The Procter & Gamble Co.”

His solid background in international and European tax law has enabled him to optimize tax exposures and ensure compliance with international requirements for our clients at Signature Law Group.

In his career, Paul has advised clients on transfer pricing studies and debt pricing. Also, at Procter & Gamble, Paul performed in the execution of financial forecasts, providing business projections, and ensuring compliance with best practices and internal regulations.

Paul has participated in various professional and social organizations, including: Jóvenes Unidos por el Diálogo (Youth United for Dialogue), and as the Fiscal of the Law Students Association USMA.

He speaks Spanish, English, and French.
