María Ángela Rodríguez Cuéllar is a Lawyer and Notary of the Republic. She completed her studies in 2011 at the University of El Salvador, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences.

In 2008 she participated in the VI Interuniversity Competition of Competencies on Oral Trials, promoted by the National Council of the Judiciary, as a regular member of the team from the University of El Salvador.

In 2018 it ended the course of the application of the Consumer Protection Law, the Credit Card System Law and Guidelines for quality in Collection Management, taught by ABANSA.

Prior to joining Signaturelex, she worked as a Consumer Protection Legal Specialist in the banking area. She has experience in consumer law, administrative law and banking.

In the corporate area, assistance in public bidding procedures, advice to companies in the purchase and sale of shares, incorporation of companies, formalization of commercial contracts, collateral guarantees, mortgage guarantees, purchase and sale of real estate, notarial procedures of voluntary jurisdiction and registration processes in Public records; among others.
