Gianfranco Rodriguez Bovieri is a lawyer and notary, with a professional practice since 2001. He specializes in the preparation and formalization of operations for the raising and placement of resources, the provision of legal opinions, the design and preparation of commercial and banking contracts, research for the implementation of new financial products and the restructuring of obligations at risk, and a regulatory analyst, especially in the areas of banking, tax and business law. He has extensive experience in international commercial contracts.

He studied his undergraduate degree at the University of Costa Rica, and in 2001 he obtained the degree of Attorney and Notary Public. In 2002 he completed his studies as Mediator and Conciliator at the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho. In the year 2005 he completed his studies as a Lawyer Arbitrator, at the Latin American Center for Corporate Arbitration of the University for International Cooperation.

In 2005 he completed his Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the University for International Cooperation.

In 2005 he completed his Master’s Degree in Business Law at the University for International Cooperation.

In the year 2011 he completed his studies for a Diploma in Pension and Social Security System, at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
