She is a lawyer and notary public with more than 20 years of experience in banking, corporative and judicial collection.
She studied at the University of Costa Rica, where she obtained her law degree with honors, in 2002.
She worked at the Court while she was studying at the university. Once she got incorporated into the Bar Association, in 1999 she joined CHC Law Firm and in September 2023, she joined Signaturelex as Senior Associate.
She also possesses a solid experience in subjects related to intellectual property, author rights, trademark registration, trade names and health records. She specializes in all type of labors related to constitution, development and transformation of legal entities, societies, associations, cooperatives, among others.
She also possesses a solid experience in permanent advices in judicial and notarized collections, in which it could be mentioned: Municipality of Desamparados, Credit Bank of Cartago, Municipality of Escazu, Municipality of The Unión, National Directorate of Social Development and Family Allowances, Municipality of Montes de Oca, INS, National Bank and Municipality of Aserri.
She is an active participant of refresher courses such as: movable collateral, notary and registry law, insolvency proceedings and judicial collection.
Licda. Miranda has a solid trajectory at the campus of education. During 10 years, she was a professor at the University Castro Carazo, teaching courses such as Corporative Legislation, private law, general theory of the process, general theory of the contracts, banking law, international public and private law.
