Arles has been an Associate Lawyer at Signaturelex since 2024. He specializes in Civil Liability, Maritime law, and Litigation.

Arles pursued his undergraduate degree at Santa Maria La Antigua Catholic University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science. In 2021, he completed a Master’s degree in Civil Liability at Carlos III University of Madrid, Spain. Currently, he is working towards his second Master’s degree in Maritime Law at Santa Maria La Antigua Catholic University in Panama, expecting to finish in August 2024.

Throughout his professional career, Arles has worked at law firms such as “Townshend & Townshend” and “IMC LEGAL” in Panama. He also had the opportunity to work in the First Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, where he was responsible for managing various judicial proceedings, including appeals and reviews.

Arles has shown consistent commitment to corporate advisory, obtaining permits from local authorities, judicial procedures, and the registration of trademarks and patents in the Republic of Panama.

In addition to his legal career, Arles has published several works on legal platforms. Among them, he published his thesis “Cross-border actions resulting from liability for defective products” as part of his master’s program at Carlos III University of Madrid.

Arles is fluent in both Spanish and English.
