She is an attorney and a notary public with more than 24 years of outstanding professional career. She has solid experience giving assistance in subjects such as the importation and internment of sensitive products and machinery requiring health records for pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and agrochemicals.

In 1999, she obtained her law and notary public degree at the University of San José. 

During 1997 and 2011, she worked at the Public prosecutor ‘s Office in the Court of San José.  Later, she worked as a lawyer and as a notary at the legal office named GRD. Finally, in 2023, she joined Signaturelex as Senior Associate. 

She is also cofounder of the Costa Rican Professional Association of Intellectual Property best known as APPICR and the Costa Rican Association of Informatics Law.
